People working at the front desk were superb, above all I want to mention Guljakhon, who solved all my request to absolute superiority. Pleasant, customer oriented and professional. The hotel is not in the city center, but economically taken - it is 2x cheaper Hilton than the one in the center - with same quality. Taking into account very cheap taxi prices, this is an excellent choice.

The moment we got off the bus and saw the Wellness Park Hotel Sogd, we were full of green lawns and cool breeze, which made us feel refreshing and comfortable! Beautifully maintained property. Genuinely warm and helpful staff..from front desk to restaurant and cleaning ..everyone were friendly..good massage at very reasonable price in the next Hilton building. In house restaurant served delicious veggie options as well. Good breakfast. Location looks far from city but with short 15-25mjn taxi ride everything in Samarkand is easily accessible. For kids there is some carnival games ok the campus and also musical fountain is fun. They even packed takeaway breakfast at 6am due to early flight.

Wonderful staff, especially Firdaus ,Guljakhon Sugdiyana, and Nazira. Thank you so much for your efforts in treating us like King and Queen .The staff were so kind they upgraded our room to a kings suite, which made our trip unforgettable .Lighting in the suite was amazing, big windows in it soundproof windows a king size very comfy bed and extra pillows. With a great variety of breakfasts, the staff in the restaurant were amazing they always greeted us. They were very kind and always smiling. We were served like royals. The hotel is located on a very beautiful land side with a river passing between the other hotels if you are looking for a calm and relaxed atmosphere this hotel is definitely would be your first choice. Thank you so much for the hotel management and all the staff for making our trip unforgettable.
